Cancellation Policy

1. If booking cancelled 1 week prior to trip start time, you receive full refund
2. If booking cancelled 72 hours prior to trip start time, you receive 50% refund
3. If booking cancelled <72 hours prior to trip start time, no refund possible

During Official Holidays and High Season, cancellations must be done 21 days in advance. Guests can choose to reschedule the trip depending on boat availability.
