Soar above the Moskva River! Moscow’s first cable car, located on Vorobyovy Hills, seamlessly connects the two banks of the river. The cable car swiftly carries you from the Luzhniki Sports Complex to the iconic Vorobyovy Gory observation deck.
The sleek, modern gondolas provide panoramic views of the riverbanks, Luzhniki Stadium, the Moscow City skyscrapers, the Lomonosov State University, and other famous landmarks.
The 720-meter route features three stations: Vorobyovy Gory (28 Kosygina Street), Novaya Liga (Vorobyovskaya Embankment), and Luzhniki (24c1 Luzhnetskaya Embankment), with a capacity of 1,600 passengers per hour. The pylons rise as high as a nine-story building (35 meters) above the riverbanks.
Each of the 33 enclosed gondolas seats eight people and is equipped with media screens, multilingual audio guides, LED lighting, and racks for bikes, skis, and snowboards. They also accommodate strollers and wheelchairs.
