Know Before Booking

1. The Full Day Rental package does NOT include pick up or drop off from the airport. If you want to be picked up or dropped off from the airport, kindly ensure you also purchase the One Way Transfer package in additional to you full day rental if you plan to do a layover city tour. 
2. During your daily rental of 12 hours period, all guests are allowed to leave their belongings (bags or child seats) in the car or van secure at all times. 
3. If you are renting the car for several days in a row, inside Cairo for 12 hours per day, guests are NOT allowed to leave their belongings or child seats in the car or van overnight. This is because the car is rented for 12 hours for you after which it goes to another customer. 
4. If you require the car or van to be with you for the full 24 hours so you can leave your belongings and child seats inside, then an extra charge will be applied for the overnight stay. 

Important note regarding gas prices

If there will be official gas price increase in Egypt, we will duly inform you regarding any additional fees pertaining to your existing (current) or upcoming bookings in the future. 

Cancellation Policy

1. If booking cancelled 1 week prior to trip start time, you receive full refund
2. If booking cancelled 72 hours prior to trip start time, you receive 50% refund
3. If booking cancelled <72 hours prior to trip start time, no refund possible
