Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, please ensure that you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Please note that any changes made to your booking less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
In the event of poor weather conditions, we may need to cancel the experience for your safety. If this happens, we will offer you the option of rescheduling for a different date or receiving a full refund.
