Beiteddine Village

• It is a Lebanese village located in the Chouf mountain of Lebanon.
• This village is famous for a palace built by Emir Chahab II in the 19th Century. This palace is characterized by its Italian architecture, where you cannot find two doors alike.
• In this big palace, you can discover more about the life of the old Lebanese Emirs, and explore what each room of the palace was used for (The Salamlik, the Haramlik…)

Moussa Castle, or Qasr Moussa

• Is a unique monument to one man's extraordinary dream. Perched on a hill between Deir El Kamar and Beiteddine in Lebanon, the castle reflects the vision and beliefs of its creator, Moussa Al Maamari. Born on July 27, 1931, Moussa began building the castle at just 14 years old, inspired by a desire to impress a local girl he admired. His lifelong passion is etched into the very stones of this remarkable structure.

The Chouf Cedar Nature Reserve

• It is situated in the Chouf District of Lebanon, and spans 550 square kilometers (210 square miles), covering nearly 5.3% of the country’s territory. Nestled on the slopes of Barouk Mountain, this reserve encompasses the Lebanon cedar forests of Barouk, Maaser el Shouf, and Ain Zhalta-Bmohray. Recognized as an Important Bird Area (IBA) and a prime eco-tourism destination, it is home to 32 species of wild mammals, 200 bird species, and 500 plant species.
