Cancellation Policy
- To receive a full refund, please ensure that you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Please note that any changes made to your booking less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
- In the event of poor weather conditions, we may need to cancel the experience for your safety. If this happens, we will offer you the option of rescheduling for a different date or receiving a full refund.
