Cairo: Al-Darb Al-Ahmar Touristic Route by Golf Car

Between 1998 to 2012, the Aga Khan Trust for Culture services restored eight major monuments in Al-Darb Al-Ahmar, including a 1.2 kilometre stretch of Cairo‚Äôs historic Ayyubid Wall, with the aim to turn the district into a major destination for visitors. The route that AKTC has developed for visiting these historic sites not only covers the monuments, but also the myriad crafts of the district, as well as the living culture of Al-Darb Al-Ahmar.Al-Darb Al-Ahmar golf tour will allow us to visit the most important landmarks of historic Cairo including Bab Zweila, Al-Saleh Talae Mosque, Qasabet Radwan, Al-Razzaz House, Vomplex of Khayer Baik, Blue Mosque and the Ayyubid East Wall inside the park. This tour of Al-Darb Al-Ahmar is available on daily basis.
