Is entry to the Great Pyramid included?
No, entry is optional and available at an additional cost at the site.
Are there hop on hop off buses inside the Giza Plateau?
Yes. The Giza Plateau now operates electric hop on hop off shuttle buses that are included with your admission ticket. These shuttles run from the new visitor center and stop at key points such as the Great Pyramid, Khafre Pyramid, Menkaure Pyramid, Panorama Point, and the Sphinx. You can ride them between locations and spend as much time as you like at each stop, making it easier to navigate the large site without long walks.
Will I encounter camel or horse ride vendors?
Yes. They are common throughout the site. If you are not interested, decline politely and keep walking. If you decide to ride, agree clearly on the total price beforehand.
