Outdoor walking is one of the best and easiest methods to boost your mood and reduce stress levels in no time, Silent hiking takes you to another level of awareness! You’ll be more aware of your emotions, you’ll express it more and easily as it is the only option left to communicate with others and nature as well. But what is more exciting is that suddenly you will hear your own voice, your true self without any masks on.
We are going to teach you how to enjoy the silence, how to walk mindfully, how to breathe the right way and how to meditate. No previous experience required
What to bring?
- ID / passport
- Water bottle (minimum 1 L)
- Snacks (Dates, Nuts.. etc)
- Yoga mat (if you don’t have one we have extra kilim mats)
- Small cushion (if you have one)
- Hat
What to wear?
- Comfy clothes (Dri fit is recommended)
- Hiking shoes (anti-slippery)
- Light jacket
