If any of your party has special dietary requirements, please bring these to our attention at the time of booking.
Please note that the daily operational hours are from 10 AM to 06 PM. (Closed on Mondays). The timings are subject to change, and we recommend that guests check with our customer support to confirm the timings.
Please note that our waterpark is now cashless; only credit/debit cards and mobile payments are accepted inside the park. Cash is only accepted at the ticketing counter/information desk.
Appropriate swimwear is required when using the facilities within Meryal Waterpark and the beach – thongs, transparent bathing suits, underwear, denim, and very loose clothing such as abaya, dishdash, or similar are not permitted in the water.
All other charges, such as additional admissions, lockers, towels, food, and beverages, are not included in the ticket price.
Please carry a Valid ID proof like a Passport, Qatari ID, or Driving License.
Children aged 3 years and below 1.22 meters in height are considered Juniors.
Guests above 1.22 meters in height are considered adults.
Children aged 2.99 years and below are complimentary.
All guests below 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
