Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, please ensure that you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Please note that any changes made to your booking less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
In the event of poor weather conditions, we may need to cancel the experience for your safety. If this happens, we will offer you the option of rescheduling for a different date or receiving a full refund.
Know before you go
For specific fishing activities, we provide fishing rods and Ice box for storing fish.
No footwear is allowed inside the yacht under any condition
All children under 10 years are required to wear life jackets
Physical ID/Passport must be presented on arrival
All customers must arrive 30 minutes prior to the booking
If you damage any item/equipment/furniture in the Yacht, the same needs to be paid for or else the crew will have the right to retain your Emirates ID or passport .
