What to expect

Your driver will pick you up from your hotel or airport in Dubai or Riyadh. The first stop will be at Al-Batha Port Border Crossing. From there, you will need to exit the vehicle and complete your immigration process. This typically takes 15-20 minutes. After receiving approval to pass, you will need to take a shuttle taxi that will move you from one end of the border to the other end of the border. This costs 150-200 Riyals or Dirhams. Once you reach thre, another vehicle and driver will be waiting to pick you up and continue your private transfer to Riyadh or Dubai, depending on the option you have booked.

• Please be ready in the lobby or designated area 10 minutes before pickup
• For bookings of 2-3 guests, a sedan will be assigned to your trip. For bookings of 4 or more guests, the GMC Yukon (or similar SUV) will be assigned to your trip.
