Know Before Booking

1. During your daily rental of 10 hours period, all guests are allowed to leave their belongings (bags or child seats) in the car or van secure at all times. 
2. If you are renting the car for several days in a row, inside Istanbul for 12 hours per day, guests are NOT allowed to leave their belongings or child seats in the car or van overnight. This is because the car is rented for 12 hours for you after which it goes to another customer. 
3. If you require the car or van to be with you for the full 24 hours so you can leave your belongings and child seats inside, then an extra charge will be applied for the overnight stay. 
4. Prices for daily rental do not cover airport transfers, pick up or drop off.

Cancellation Policy

1. If booking cancelled 1 week prior to trip start time, you receive full refund
2. If booking cancelled 72 hours prior to trip start time, you receive 50% refund
3. If booking cancelled <72 hours prior to trip start time, no refund possible
