If you are not guests or residents of Marassi and wish to book the yacht, please email us to check if there is availability. Only 5 cars entry permits can be granted with a minimum of 7 working days notice in order for Marassi security team to issue it. You will need to have car(s) registration details ready in order to receive this.

The operator does not provide or arrange Marassi gate access permits.
All boat trips are only allowed to guests of Marassi. No guests from outside of Marassi are allowed inside just by booking a boat trip.
Boats are for leisure purposes, not corporate events. Please check PRIOR to booking if corporate events can be allowed for your dates.
Water sports are available at an additional cost and are subject to weather
conditions and availability.
Proper behavior is mandatory throughout the experience.
The captain reserves the right to terminate the trip if safety rules or yacht policies are violated.
Guests must follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times.
Swimming and diving are prohibited within Marassi Marina and are only permitted at designated swimming locations during the cruise.
Speakerphones and loudspeaker devices are not permitted within Marassi Marina.
Outside food and beverages may be permitted upon prior agreement.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the boat, its equipment, or onboard facilities.
The operator is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Violations of yacht policies, marina regulations, safety instructions, or charter terms may result in a penalty of USD 500.

50% remaining to be paid 7 days prior to trip start date

Failure to pay the full amount 7 days prior to trip start date results in trip cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

If booking cancelled 30 days prior to trip start time, you receive full refund
If booking cancelled within 15-30 days prior to the trip start time, you receive a a 50% refund
If booking cancelled <15 days prior to trip start time, you receive no refund

Re-scheduling the trip depends on boat availability.
