Know before you go

• The operator does not provide or arrange Porto Marina gate access permits.
• Water sports are available at an additional cost and are subject to weather conditions and availability.
• Proper behavior is mandatory throughout the experience.
• The captain reserves the right to terminate the trip if safety rules or yacht policies are violated.
• Guests must follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times.
• Swimming and diving are prohibited within the Porto Marina area and are only permitted at designated swimming locations during the cruise.
• Speakerphones and loudspeaker devices are not permitted within Porto Marina.
• Outside food and beverages may be permitted upon prior agreement.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the boat, its equipment, or onboard facilities.
• The operator is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Violations of yacht policies, marina regulations, safety instructions, or charter terms may result in a penalty of USD 500.

1. 50% deposit required for booking the yacht
2. 50% remaining to be paid 7 days prior to trip start date

Failure to pay the full amount 7 days prior to trip start date results in trip cancellation

Cancellation Policy

1. If booking cancelled 72 hours prior to trip start time, you receive full refund
2. If booking cancelled within 72-48 hours prior to the trip start time, you receive a a 50% refund
3. If booking cancelled <48 week prior to trip start time, you receive no refund
   

Re-scheduling the trip depends on boat availability
