Learn the fundamentals of scuba diving with a 3 to 4-day PADI or SSI Open Water Course in Sharm El Sheikh. You’ll combine theory sessions with confined-water training before completing four open-water dives under professional instruction.

Know Before You Go

• The experience lasts from 3 to 4 days, depending on your progress
• No prior diving certification or experience is required
  
• The minimum age is 15 years, or 10 years for Junior Open Water Divers
• Junior Open Water Divers aged 10–11 can dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters
• Standard Open Water Divers can dive to a maximum depth of 18 meters
• All students must complete a PADI Medical Questionnaire before starting
• If any medical conditions apply, a diving medicine specialist must provide medical clearance
• Local assessments can be arranged at the hyperbaric chamber if necessary
